As a founding member of Mark S. Mehlman Homes, Mark is responsible for strategic decision making at the firm.
For more than 40 years, he has overseen the development of a diverse portfolio of construction projects including custom estate homes, mid-rise condominiums, planned communities, office buildings, shopping centers, and land development throughout St. Louis and St. Charles counties, the sum of which exceeds $350 million.
In 2004, his building company was awarded 3 Homer Awards by the Home Builders Association of Greater St. Louis in the following categories: (1) Outstanding Custom Built Home exceeding $1.5 million; (2) Outstanding Inventory Home exceeding $2 million; and (3) Outstanding Multi-Family Condominium Development.
Mark is a member of the Clayton Chamber of Commerce and was named the chamber's "2007 Business Person Of The Year". He is a current director of Pulaski Bank and former director of Allegiant Bank known now as National City Bank.
Scott is a managing member of Mark S. Mehlman Homes.
He is responsible for property acquistions, as well as, construction management and scheduling in order to ensure all pre-owned home transformations are meeting the company's rigid standards for quality and workmanship.
He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Person in Missouri.
Blair manages all financial projections and estimating responsibilities at Mark S. Mehlman Homes.
His rich real estate background includes experience in residential development, construction management, custom home building, and investment sales brokerage.
Jerry handles the listing and sales functions for Mark S. Mehlman Homes, in addition to, processing and closing all transactions.
A licensed Realtor since 1975, he possesses a wealth of experience in real estate sales including residential, investment, foreclosure, and speculation.
He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Local Board of National Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource, and Webster University Alumni Association.
Jerry is a veteran of the United States Army and served in the Vietnam War.
